CMA, C.N.A/MAT, or Care Givers - all shifts (7-3, 3-11,
11-7)
Provide care and activity
needs under the supervision of the LPN and assist in
maintaining a positive physical, nutritional and social
environment for the residents while ensuring they feel safe
and purposeful. Duties include: conducting the activity
program while delivering care and facilitating events;
assisting residents with activities of daily living;
observing any changes in residents’ conditions; monitoring
vital signs; facilitating the dining program; assisting with
and documenting medications; responding to emergency call
signals; helping to properly maintain all equipment;
promoting and encouraging residents to participate in
activities; and answering phones as needed.
Qualified candidates will be a licensed CMA or C.N.A with a
MAT certificate; must be able to communicate effectively
with residents, families, staff, community officials and
general public; as well as meet all State health
requirements. Must have compassion for and desire to work
with the elderly.
